i think having only 1 boob and 1 testicle (not shown) should be an option.
it trudges up all the times I've heard stuff like
"wow didn't know sound effect technicians were a thing!"
"I wish I were born talented like you" (ignoring decades of practice and study)
"being a comic book colorist sounds ~relaxing~!"
"adults shouldn't write kid's stories, it's creepy"
"art is not as important as STEM" (proceeds to send death threats to game devs when a story is not what they wanted)
"i need you to do this for free! how can you deny my great offer?!"
everything that AI users say to justify use of the software is like a distilled version of 10000 tiny little annoyances I've always had about the public's perception of art/artists-- complete dissociation from the process, resulting in ignorance, mixed in with general labor issues that also stem from dissociation from "how the sausage is made"
soft death 🥰 UwU
even in those instances where the labor is un-ignorable, the people who provide services are just de-humanized to make it tolerable. It's why service industry jobs, sanitary jobs, etc are seen as lesser jobs. and of course a ton of racism and nationalism gets injected into this as well.
capitalism seeks to separate consumers from the people who create products. I remember a few years ago I saw a social media post where a ton of people were surprised to learn that pretty much all clothing is made from sweatshop labor. Apparently they thought most of it was made from machines. There's also more slavery now than there was centuries ago...
I just remembered monkey chow exists. This one comes in orange flavor.
I heard you can live off of potatoes for a very long time. They actually contain more vitamin C than oranges, but most of the vitamin C gets destroyed in the cooking process so you have to have some bits that are undercooked. If human chow tasted like potatoes I'd probably be down.
actually i just remembered how annoying it was to get and maintain reptile food so maybe not
When I was a kid I'd watch tv and there's this trope of fishing being sort of a dad & son bonding activity and I'd think, I want to do that 🥺
My dad's a vegetarian though.
