If you ever get the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino from #Starbucks, get it with some Chai tea added. It enchances the flavor so much more, and it makes it taste like a pumpkin pie!

Learned from Dad that his cancer came back, this time in the adrenal glands. Says it's not curable, but at least treatable with chemo to shrink the tumors down. Also a spot on his lung.

I'm doing okay. Just feel a little numb right now.
