getting used to being depressed again, meanwhile im taking reasonable enough care of myself. cant really handle lots of dumb fucking editorializing about politics on fb and twitter though. im so exhausted and behind and its becoming increasingly clear that i will never catch up.

maybe i should listen to less black metal for a bit lol

I just want to sleep. The last few nights have been pretty terrible in this regard. Tuesday night: panic attack brought on by something unexpected. Wednesday night: jet lag and overexhaustion. Tonight: cigarette smoke being pumped into my hotel room from somewhere else. 😔

it's true, I woke up with a case of the feels about my old job and old employer. and unsurprisingly it's while I'm at the annual conference that my former employer puts on every year.

it's a strange thing when you're both happy and conflicted that they have done the things that you really felt like they needed to execute and were trying to make happen.

and it's weird to remember that finally leaving may have helped them achieve those things
