When a society becomes so evil it doesn't allow the homeless to even be left in peace, we become duty bound to tear that system apart by any and all means.
@anolandria terrible place you live in. Around here people help out homeless people. We get together, have a chat, get drunk together. Invite them for dinner at our places. Police does not bother homeless people, because what is the point? I remember a nice scene some time ago: one guy was stealing from a shop, two homeless friends of mine were around; as he was trying to leave they stopped him, got him to the ground and retained while people called the police. Bunch of police came around, go to the two guys and asks whether they know him and if he's living in town or a stranger, they discover he's coming from somewhere else and tell them alright all is good, you two can go. Shouldn't have let them go as they beat up the guy, but who cares.
Not everyone of course, but people are pretty chill and helpful towards homeless people around here.
