@ashantifortson I'm aggressively disinterested in almost all of the sci-fi/fantasy content on netflix for MANY reasons, but I watched some of Ice Fantasy a while ago and it was great
this is 100% unrelated to that last thought, but I recently found Ice Fantasy on netflix and I CANNOT WAIT to continue watching it
there's something strange and cool about seeing one of my comics in the context of an anthology preview. it makes it feel more Real and At Home, almost? it's not in book form yet, but it has more context than it had as pages on my computer, and that's pretty rad
@ashantifortson it doesn't happen a lot, so when it happens, I think about it forever! *shakes fist* anxietyyyyyyy
I gotta stop mentally replaying every social mistake I've ever made, but I also gotta stop saying stupid things that my anxiety can feast on
I'm excited though! I'm sharing some of you fine folks' work with the students, and I hope that gets them HYPED ABOUT COMICS!!!
tomorrow I get to give the students I'm TAing for a ~comics assignment~
I also have to give a flatting demo and talk about my process, so everyone will know how much I am winging it 100% of the time
I've played a lot of splatoon 2 in turf war and all the ranked modes, and so far I haven't found anyone else with my playstyle or weapon? which is kind of interesting. I play a pretty aggressive squiffer sniper rifle, and I've gotten really good at it >:3
sometimes it is just so rejuvenating and excellent to draw completely spoilery art of your webcomic characters and not post it anywhere

I have no clue what these sample pages will look like in color but I just did these Big Inks and I'm going to congratulate myself a little bit
just gotta try to get through these last two batches in the chapter and then I can take a break and gather my bearings again. I wanna get pumped about my gay space webcomic!!!
