@atpfm BTW - Very proud of @caseyliss's A+ pronunciation of Melbourne in last week's episode 👏🏼

@atpfm I think, that‘s die beste Zeitzone Beschreibung, которое я когда-либо видел

@atpfm oh, now I get your rice comment in the latest episode. I never would have thought rice=sf, but also never would have thought rice=burrito. But now that I know you put rice next to burrito, yeah, I would have thought mission burrito.

The China Project · Cultural boon or abomination? American-Chinese food arrives in Beijing – The China ProjectWhile homesick expatriates and locals who have studied abroad welcome Bamboo Chinese Fast Food, a new restaurant in Beijing that serves American-Chinese food, others say they will only try its food once out of pure curiosity.

@atpfm I’m like 3 months late to this but I took a break from tech news for a long time and I’m catching up. That bowl of rice is a perfect representative for SF but not for the reason Casey thinks (Rice-A-Roni). San Francisco has a huge Asian population and they love their rice. (Also regarding Chipotle burritos, they attempt, poorly, to recreate SF Mission-style burritos).
