@b3yond HOnestly, thats why I am asking questions and not making arguments. I've read a lot of stuff about CIA involvement in Venezuala in the past and this type of destabilizing is kind of their playbook move(but that is not proof of involvement and we never find out until afterward). However the CIA is not supposed to be conducting operations inside the US, that is the FBI's job, so they aren't so much concerned with American operations.
