Something I find hilarious: #AmateurRadio alarm clocks, that advertise that they have a "9 minute ID timer", like this one (which I actually own - it was cheap, and had a 24 hour mode): https://www.mfjenterprises.com/Product.php?productid=MFJ-113
The "9 minute ID timer" is literally just the alarm. It's literally the snooze function of the LM8560 chip that basically every LED alarm clock has.
(In the US, you're required to identify yourself at the end of each communication, and every 10 minutes during a communication.)
