Looks like this is a KV-5100, or maybe a KV-5000.
In any case, there's other cute tiny Trinitrons - the KV-5200 was the successor 5" model, as well as the PVM-5041Q (which I've bought one of) for a PVM model, and there was also the KV-4000, a 3.7" unit.

aw that's adorable.
I admit I want one of those Video8 (or hi8 if those existed) trinitron TVs. I think the smallest there was 9" maybe, like the EV-DT2.
Also loves me some video8 walkman, which were a little less "watch your stories in the camper or a tiny flat" and a little more "video magazines or a late night recording on the train"
