Today I'm going to work from home while trying to get a bunch of things done for my house or, as my mother calls it, the money pit.

What were the little kitten squealing noises from downstairs about? I'm always a few moments too late to be sure, but I think it was over ownership of the green puffball.

Today's long run provided lots of opportunity to be passed really closely by cyclists, which annoys me the way that cars passing too close bothers me when I'm biking. I'm used to being smaller than most everyone but the element of speed, or speed differential, makes it really alarming. Can't wait for it to be warm enough to go out when early when it's less crowded.

I started watching the Netflix show "Wild Wild Country" after an acquaintance mentioned it on birdsite. I'm amazed that I've never heard of this community. It's surreal!
