Had a geek nostalgia moment today.
Ended up looking at the site for Damnsmalllinux.
I was always so impressed with how much actual functionality was packed into those minimalist projects, and I still think their extension system was really clever.
Their extension directory still contains a few packages I created, under an old username.
Live CD distros like this, knoppix, dragonlinux and even microscopic tomsrtbt floppy were among my first tastes of Linux.
@RussSharek i used to carry a tomsrtbt with me all over the place. it was amazing what otherwise-hopeless situations you could salvage with that thing.
