Traditionalism was a close cousin of Actual Original Fascism. They grew up together in Italy. Julius Evola - one of Steve Bannon's favourite people and inspirations - was deeply into it.
Evola thought the Nazis were too decadent, not right-wing enough for his taste. Does that spell 'yikes' to you? it does to me.
