Have you heard of any developments of a Theory Graph? Say, a system that keeps track of the relationship of one discipline's body of literature to another, notes differences or findings that affirm or cast doubt upon a particular premise/conclusion?

Such a system may help to discourage siloing, increase ease of research discoverability and use, and the misuse of research for political aims.

While I haven't seen anything on a "Theory Graph" per se, but I might look into 'Knowledge Cartography' and Kline's "Conceptual Foundations for Multidisciplinary Thinking":

as both of these came to mind on the basis of your query.
