We got a guy from IT-HQ here. I'm trying to tell him how to fix his own laptop, but he isn't listening. I want to tell him "Fine. You can just continue to sit there, unable to do any work" but I'm keeping my mouth shut.
@lnxw48a1 *cringe* This got my brain to wiggle: maybe he's so convinced that the issue at hand is meaty and frustrating, so when you behave like it's no big deal he thinks that surely you're misunderstanding the situation he's actually confronting.
