說到在香港食海鮮, 除了繼續去西貢/長州/三家村被奸商欺騙之外, 市區其實有不少經濟實惠的海鮮食肆, 例如是位於北角的金凱鮮庭. 雖然沒有如前者般很有風味的選擇海鮮, 但她海鮮的質素還不錯, 特別是三百元的整隻麵包蟹, 羔多而鮮甜, 清蒸就ok! 食海鮮嘛, 只要夠Fresh, 用愈簡單的方法就愈好味. 很怕那些炸魚炸乜的, 炸走了海鮮的原味. #HKGourmet #Seafood
