I am trying to set up my own instance but am running into some trouble. If anyone has a working instance (without using docker) and would be willing to help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Ah, words that seem nearly magical to read these days, "without using docker" is precisely one way to get rid of some of the new growth mold of coding fads of today though. Good thinking! I have no desire to run my own instances of mastadon currently, but much luck to you. :joy: @greenmanspirit
