On the other hand, I reckon the big Twit will probably sue Mastodon pretty soon. A few too many similarities.
I kind of like the idea of having an alternative to Twitter, I imagine that other thing has a strong possibility of going south quickly.
Dunno how useful this is though, unless there's a user base with interesting people saying interesting things. That ain't happening yet.
