I'd like a spreadsheet (or an app ?) to track my diet
both calories and macronutrients
There's an app in the google store but I'd like it to be trustable
I'd be grateful for any suggestion

@catonano not the advice that you requested but just a gentle reminder to not stress out too much about metrics and calories and such things if you see that it becomes a strict habit ๐, otherwise if you feel good about it and it helps you, go for it ๐
@charlyblack you can be assurred that there's no risk that I obsess over calories count
If anything it'll be the opposite, I'll be quite sloppy ๐
It's just that I need to consolidate the loss of weight of last year
Also I am training now, I need adapt my feeding accordingly
