I'm disappointed that the court doesn't seem to think the privacy angle is important because to me it's literally the whole thing. If you hamper a life or death decision with a "why" bad things will happen.
Paraphrasing "there's no way hundreds of legislators had it in for Catholics" is so obviously false in a country where the justice system is designed to have it in for black people.
I wish I had time to dig into it more.
