Milk Bread Recipe.
1 Cup warm Milk 236 mls
3 Cups White Flour
1 large Egg
¼ Cup White Sugar 50g
2 teaspoon Himalayan Rock Salt
1 pkt Dried Yeast
⅓ Cup melted Butter or Margarine
1 Tblspn Olive Oil
Put yeast into warm milk, let sit 10min.
Place flour, sugar, egg, olive oil, butter & milk yeast mix into bowl and mix. Knead for 10 mins. Let rise for 1 hr in bowl. Cover .
Punch out gas. Cut in half, knead into rolls using oil to stop sticking.
Rise for another 30 mins.
Bake 20 mins at 180° C
