@danie10 interesting. "(ISPs) have been instructed by the local government to force their respective users into installing a government-issued certificate on all devices, and in every browser." How do they enforce this? It's not like users think "oh the gov. wants to record everything I'm doing? I'm installing your root ca right away!"
