@dansup hmm i disagree with that. Nintendo releases games and they usually work really good on day 1 compared to say Ubisoft games.

Plus pixelfed is not for profit, release when its ready .The main selling point of pixelfed and other community funded projects are that they are not for profit, thus will always be pro-user 💪

@dansup says the venture capitalist, who by definition doesn't care about quality of product.

That said, I will always applaud your work on PixelFed. You're a champ!


What if you're embarrassed by the most recent version of your product as well?

@dansup I'd say it's probably true for open source/non-profit stuff, but if you expect people to pay for your product, it shouldt meet at least a certain degree of polish.
