I’m considering making my own fediverse server in DLang, to fit my approach more. Not sure if I should

@Clipsey I think the fediverse could always use more implementations! I'm not experienced with DLang but I can do my best if you need any help.

@dansup okay, I have a little hard time understanding the weird JSON implementation that is used with the @(thing) tag names, how are they supposed to be used, they don't make too much sense to me.

@dansup Ah thanks, way easier to understand than the W3C docs.

@dansup @clipsey Adding link to the conversation to the !DLang group (not sure how many people will see it now that most #Fediverse users use software that does not support groups).

@lnxw48a1 @dansup Yeah, starting out with the basics right now. Will release code on github as soon as I have something presentable, will be under AGPL-3.0 license.

@lnxw48a1 @dansup since I have work this week I decided to put the code I have so far up now, it’s quite sparse. Currently just making stuff for serialising/deserialising activitystreams/activitypub data. github.com/Member1221/dfed
