@bigzaphod @davedelong here is the rub. I love Swift, but I find Objective-Swift* to be terrible. I prefer ObjC. Unfortunately for most iOS/macOS work Objective-Swift is required.

* this is where you use Swift with ObjC idioms instead of Swift ones.

@davedelong I always drag from IB to code and let Xcode declare them.

@davedelong it's a bit scary how fast a programming language fades when you stop using it, even if you've used it for years before that...
