As a cyclist I really wish this was anything other than motorists, especially anyone worried about breath testing for alcohol levels. :-(

(Just because ACAB doesn't mean all drivers are harmless.)

@artsyhonker 100% I'm against drinking and driving. The streets are terrifying enough.

Shared more for the observational insights into sociological patterns. Also how such countersurveillance is culturally considered OK, when others are not.
