I was trying to get some PDFs from admin.ch (the Swiss government), the English translation of the Swiss Civil Code, to be exact, where chapter 2, articles 60 to 79 explain how Swiss associations work (think FIFA, ICRC). I can download it using wget but Firefox claims "Secure Connection Failed" while still showing me the green lock. How is that possible?
