A radical idea that will seem normal in a few years:

Copyright will be unenforceable due to censorship resistance, digital goods will be freely available, but people will still buy them via to prove ownership.

Don't force people to do the right thing, convince them.

If you think regulators will only get more combative, and cryptocurrency regulations will be strict and unfair, you owe it to yourself to ape into as many good privacy projects as you can, their price will rocket proportionately to regulatory pressure.
