Set a timer and make 20 minutes of progress on that thing that needs to get done.

If the channels you are tuned into have too much static, remove some of the static.

Some days you need to define your productivity as taking good care of yourself and handling the minimum necessary to keep tomorrow from being worse. That's OK. Be kind with yourself and with others having that sort of day.

What things aren’t in your vision of the future and can be discarded?"

Clear your head, review your goals and projects, and free yourself to act (and react) to get yourself where you want to go.

What can you do right now to give you momentum in the right direction?

Keep making this week more like how you want it to be than last week.

Acknowledge where you've been and what you've learned. See the possibilities you've created for yourself. Choose where you want to be heading.

Spend your mental energy working on solving real-not imaginary-issues.

Swap time that doesn’t reward you for time that does.

Start on your big goals every day—even if it’s only for 15 minutes’ progress.

Push through the discomfort of adjustment to your positive change.

Find one thing you can do today to make you happier from now on.
