If we work together to build the best company possible, we should also be able to decide together what decisions are best for it.

At @coopTilleuls, the company’s Articles of Association ensure that it is entirely owned by the workers themselves, and that the workers control it democratically: 1 person, 1 vote.

This makes such bad decisions difficult to make as a majority of the employees would have to agree, which is very unlikely.

Also, when mistakes are made, they are made (and hopefully corrected) together, which prevents most employees from leaving in such cases. Internal democracy is our strongest safeguard.
