GAME DEVS, heed my advice:
- absolutely, under no circumstances, should you write your own physics engine
- absolutely, under no circumstances, should you use someone else's physics engine
@eevee got my approval on this one.
@eevee my game has a physics engine, it's called when lance hits something, the object flies away in the direction lance was going, and lance flies away in the opposite direction he was going
@eevee Gamemaker has a button "World is Physics World" and it scares me any time I see it
@eevee they took this out in GMS2 and it just says "enable physics" now, this is sad but I have a copy of GMS1 so I'm going to (hopefuly) make a shitpost
