The Chocolatey package manager can add PATH entries with `Install-ChocolateyPath` but lacks remove.
I've contributed a little to Chocolatey. It makes Windows packages easier to maintain; I'm definitely a user. I promote it at work.
Still, it's a split world. I'm not sure how motivated I am to write `Uninstall-Package` when parts of the project are going business/pay-only.
Someday Windows will have THE package manager. Today, we have "ok, that's better".
