Could anyone help me?
I think I'm having a panic attack. I can't sleep, I feel like I'm being strangled, I breathe with difficulty.
Is it just stress or something else is wrong?
@eronecorp honestly, the Twitter/fediverse isn't really the best place to get mental or medical help.
do you have prescription anti anxiety meds?
@Secstodon It's the middle of the night from where I am, so I can't really talk to anybody right now. I've never suffered from anxiety before, so I don't have any meds. But l believe it's stress, talking about it made me feel better already. I don't know why I am stressed out
@eronecorp sometimes it just happens. it's pretty frustrating when there isn't a good reason for it
