Thomas<p>This is an ode to Ikea's BEKVÄM step stool.</p><p>It has served us many purposes over the years.</p><p>It provided us with extra seating when we had guests over.</p><p>It was used to stack printing paper on.</p><p>It served as a step stool for many a painting job.</p><p>When I sanded it down I saw more than 10 different paint colours. Including a bright green which we used for our daughter's crib.</p><p>After a fresh coat of linseed oil it's ready for some more painting jobs, although we might want to skip that garish green.</p>

Thomas<p>Prepping our raised keyhole bed for planting season. We used a combination of willow, hazel and aspen to form the keyhole bed. This is really fun!</p><p>On the bottom we used logs from tree of heaven that had invaded this plot before. Then some more branches and dirt.
