@ismh Add the following to /Library/Application\ Support/Logitech.localized/LogiOptionsPlus/app_permissions.json:

"aipromptbuilder": {
"value": false
}

and reboot. This disables the process, removes the AI option from the Logitech Options+ UI and allows you to delete the folder without it returning. Found the solution for Windows in this thread: reddit.com/r/logitech/comments and found the same file in macOS.

@flipneus @ismh just install the offline edition. it removed everything.
for me that way didn't work.
