Just watched Back to the Future... for about the 40th time in my life πŸ˜‚

What can I say... it's still as good as the first time I've seen it.

Watching all three of them in a row is a bit of a long night I can tell you from experience :D.

Not sure if I'm up to 40 yet, but 20 would be easily done πŸ˜…

@fribbledom I find it to be one of those movies that you can find entertaining regardless of how many times you watch it. Kind of like Coming To America with Eddie Murphy. Perfect background movies for when family, or friends are over, because everyone loves it!

@nate

It does! It may just be the nostalgia kicking in for me, but I enjoyed it a lot more than any of the recent stuff I've seen.

@fribbledom
Recently tried to show BttF to someone who hadn't seen it yet -- I suspect the movie only works if you grew up with it.

Also watched Highlander about 15 times (no exaggeration) before 1997 or so. Did it again a few years ago and finally noticed just how badly the movie had aged ... not recommended.

@fribbledom i do it too at least once a year. other movies which are in the same category to me are hackers and fifth element

@1g0rb @fribbledom

Also in that category:

* The Englishman Who Went Up A Hill But Came Down a Mountain.

* The Princess Bride

My wife would add "The Slipper and the Rose", which I don't mind watching, but don't put in the same category.

I'm thinking about adding "Ralph Breaks the Internet", about which my wife is a bit "Meh". Too soon to tell.
