The mainboard was actually a tough choice: I wanted one with an on-board Bluetooth chip to free up one USB port.
Also 2.5G LAN support, as well as USB 3.2 with plenty of ports (11).
I went with the MSI X570 Tomahawk as it's by far the cheapest of the few boards that check all the marks here.

This is pretty amazing! An open-source video streaming service that comes with batteries included: live chat, adaptive bitrate streaming, an admin interface.
Think of it as a self-hosted Twitch alternative!
