But neither lists #WorldPenguinDay. So I guess it's either not an official 'World Celebration Day' or I haven't found the definitive authority on these matters yet.
@fschaap I posted one of them but just because I noticed, on other social networks, that somebody decided it was #WorldPenguinDay.
Still haven't understood who decides when it's a special day for something. Is there an international body with a certain level of authority paid to do that?
