is there another democratic option than free software if it is publicly financed?

@fsfe I believe in choice, we can only have that choice IF we are aware of the alternatives and what the advantages / disadvantages are.

MS office has some stupid feature that allows grey boxes in application forms, not sure if when typing it is meant to be black text on dark grey background, very useless feature as it it just ,make it harder for people and helps to discriminate against non MS office users.

It means people can press tab to move between boxes too lazy to move the mouse.
