But I've got back pain from straining it the other day at my shift at the festival😭💔

I have. The issue is that while walking around during the day helps, being still while sleeping doesn't, so I've been waking up very stiff since Monday and it's hard to exercise and stretch 😛. It'll get better soon enough

@SilencingTrees yeah waking up is always the roughest/most vulnerable your body is of any part of the day
