People keep posting links of goofy "AI" mistakes and using that as evidence that the computers will never take over and I'm like what if that means they *do* take over and are just REALLY LAME AT RULING?

@gamehawk But... Computers already rule vast chunks of human activity. Its called YouTube. And their recommendation engines push people to increasingly extreme versions of whatever they started with. YouTube may even be a stronger engine of radicalization than Fox.
@alienghic I assume that it's more-or-less the same Google recommendation engine under the hood, yep. "Oh, you watched one thing? HERE IS ALL THOSE THINGS! 🤮 WATCH THEM ALL!"
