Last two items are very "didn't have to do that when I was college age."
@gamehawk LinkedIn headshots do seem like a major avenue for hiring bias with little upside.
@gamehawk requiring head shots should be illegal. Its pretty questionable if the applicants name should even be on the application.
@alienghic When I was last in a hiring position, HR stripped pictures, family info, etc. off any resumes before forwarding them to me. I've heard of companies that also remove applicant's names, which is not a bad thing to do either.
