Yesterday we went to a giant art festival in Manayunk, a hipster neighborhood in Philly. It was an exceptionally muggy day so towards the end we started looking for a place to grab a drink. We ended up outside a Persian teahouse (safateahouse.com/) and it wasn't busy, so we stepped in. I tried sekanjabin, something described as a cucumber/honey/mint tea, and...

... oh... em... gee.

Turns out it's a new place, apparently a mother-son venture. Sadly (but not for my budget), an hour away.

Luckily, it looks pretty easy to make. There seem to be a lot of varieties if you Google it.

@Leana I did, and was interested to find out it involves vinegar. The flavors were *really* well blended - I'm not sure I could have identified cucumber, mint, *or* honey without knowing they were in there, though if I thought about it I could pick them out.
