I'm always struck by this software-as-service model of "here's a bunch of stuff for free" and then "if you want these minor features, it's $5-8 a month". I know there's a per-user cost for billing, but it sure seems like being like $2-3 a month would get a lot more paying customers and make a lot more people happy.
I'm taking a programming course that wants to use an online tool for writing and running code, and I thought I'd pay for an account for that tool. But not for $7 a month.
