@chartier @haentz Fedi teaches people to manage social networks instead of being managed by them. Users must know when to mute some loud accounts they follow for a while, unfollow without shame and follow back only if it makes sense. Otherwise they'll be swamped cause unlike FB, the timeline shows everything. I believe once groups are in, the next thing should be customizable filters, which may already in fact be here, I'm not familiar with most clients.

So the differences come not only from the top, but also from the bottom.
