Girl on the Net @girlonthenet

Hi, I'm Girl on the Net - anonymous sex blogger, author and co-organiser of Eroticon. I write a mix of sex stories (mostly true) and rambles on feminism, dating, love and how you pick who should do the washing up before you get to shag at bedtime.

I am here because I want to be part of a social network that isn't filled with fucking nazis.

@renatolond Thanks! I am excited to be here, and find lots of lovely people =)

@girlonthenet
The lack of Nazis here is a real draw, I have to admit.

@MichaelBall 2017: the year when we have to make all our choices based on the question 'where will there be fewest Nazis?' =(

@girlonthenet Welcome to the social network with actual enjoyable humans! 😏

@viomi Delighted to be here, fellow enjoyable human =)

@girlonthenet Welcome to the mastozone! Long-time follower of you over on twitter.

@calai Hello! Lovely to be here. I hope I will be a little bit entertaining, when I get my writing mojo back =)

@girlonthenet *looks at the WIPs in her google drive*

Nope, no idea what you're talking about.

@calai Haha - it's kind of like surfing a wave I think. You have to catch the mojo as it's coming, at just the right moment, otherwise... *stares at blank page for hours*

@girlonthenet Yup! I wrote like 2000 words in 2 days and then nothing for several months eugh.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy Mastodon, where everyone is queer and horny as fuck. I think it fits your brand reasonably :P

@calai haha yes! Now all I need is a bit of spare time to spend finding and following lots of cool people!

@girlonthenet Checking out the local/federated timelines is probably a good place for that, see if there are people who seem interesting. I don't actually follow that many people, i mainly use local/federated.

(Also, i saw twitter and you seemed a bit confused on federation? I'm sending this from cybre.space so there's no problem with across-server stuff. There usually isn't unless your instance has been blocked by someone else's, but that's reserved for The Nazi Ones.)

@girlonthenet @eliotberriot hello :) if you want there is some instances that want to provide safe spaces. For instance witches.town
