@spurs Pedro Neto. Too good to ignore? Yes. Worth the risk? Yes, if the price is right (we have some good wingers to rotate, remember). Premier League proven and he only turned 24 in March. He'd be absolutely perfect for this Spurs side.

@hallenbeck @spurs ridiculous good data, if it wasn’t for his injury record he’d be closer to £100m.

@hallenbeck @spurs if you could please, compare him against Baris Alper Yilmaz. They are the same age, but Yilmaz doesn’t have the injury issues, but yes, he’s not PL proven. Bonus is that Yilmaz while a RW, can play at 9 & did for Turkey during the Euros.

@SwellWines @spurs I like Yilmaz. Tries for (and scores) more goals, but not so many assists. But similar otherwise. Reminds me more of Deki seeing him play; scrappy, tough. But better dribbling than Deki. The Turkish league is a way down the league rankings, though, so it would be a huge step up. That's a big risk in itself.

@hallenbeck @spurs He is a lot faster than Deki & will cost a fraction of Neto. There is a reason Brighton are interested & they use the same analytics based approach as Lange. If we want Eze or Doué, you can’t spend everywhere, so Yilmaz would be a great solution at RW. Dare I say a possible Yilmaz-Betancur swap? Supposedly the Uruguayan keeper at Galatasaray is keen to have Betancur join him. #COYS

@SwellWines @spurs Yeah, he does look good - he has caught the eye at the Euros and ticks a lot of data boxes (admittedly in a very different league). In terms of speed, he's similar to Brennan, but has more of the physicality of Deki. They've scouted him, and his data looks good, but is he right? If the club thinks so, and we can get him, then great!
