Summer project set: drafting an omnibus amicus brief with my summer law clerk about the defects in Schedule A cases and I am going to file it literally every time a Plaintiff files a Schedule A case and anyone appears on behalf of any Defendant. At least until they revoke my NDIL bar admission.
