It isn't a paradox. Oppose intolerance, expose it, confront it, but don't censor it. That is all.
The question is vague because what is "intolerance?"
I'd divide it into how much should we oppose intolerance without preventing them from freely expressing their own views, I'd say as much as possible. To what degree should we prevent them from speaking? Not at all.
