It could be either by sending personalised mails or texts or making phone calls to customers to empathize the current situation and reaffirm that from a personal and professional level, you are with them.

While social media could be construed as a broader and general engagement with target audience in these times, personal touch could be more effective.

Since WFH is the new normal, directed by most companies to their employees, this would be best time to not only build relationships, but also making it stronger and trustworthy.

Online education courses, remote conferencing, and all is okay.

I can fathom that online gaming numbers will spike in the current times.

Every country would have a similar story today—together fight the Corona, and nothing above that. Post pandemic, we could be more suspicious, more careful, and more conscious in everything that we would do. We would treat environment, plants and animals in a more empathetic manner. This pandemic has taught us a lesson!

I contemplate when coronavirus enemy is eradicated completely from the world (hopefully very, very soon), we will never be the same again for a very, very long time because of the impact that it has caused in our lives emotionally, mentally, and physically.

The industry that could be most affected due to Coronavirus outbreak after tourism, is airline.

The number of cancellations would be more than rescheduling, because of uncertainty of things returning back to normalcy. The enquiries or requests must be on a massive scale. It may lead to airline companies collapsing because they have no resort but to payback full refund or reschedule. The pressure must be building not only on the airline (as a whole), but also the customer support.
