I thought red velvet cake should be on there, because it is so quintessentially Manitoba. But now I'm not sure if it has universal appeal..
@selenized I didn't realize Red Velvet cake was uniquely Canadian (or even province-specific). Interesting!
@ink_slinger it's pretty unavoidable in Winnipeg, they love their red velvet cake
